Li Yapeng

Li Yapeng is a Chinese actor. He starred in two CCTV television adaptations of Louis Chas Wuxia novels playing Linghu Chong in the 2000 series, Laughing in the Wind, and Guo Jing in the 2003 series The Legend of the Condor Heroes.

In 2005 he married actress and singer Faye Wong, and had a daughter by her in May 2006, Li Yan, Lyla . Li Yan was born with a cleft lip, and in November 2006 the couple established a charity, the Smile Angel Foundation, to give assistance to other children with the condition. In 2010 Yapeng announced his retirement from acting.
